How delivery works with our repeat scheduled delivery service.

We are able to tailor our repeat deliveries to whatever suits you and your pets needs.

When to expect your First delivery:

Once you have selected the food for your pet and the frequency you would like the food to be delivered you will be directed to the checkout page.

 

When you add your recurring payment there is a field where you will have to choose a date for the First delivery (see the picture to the right).

 

The date you Choose will be the date for the first delivery.

When to expect Future deliveries:

The frequency selected will determine when to expect the next delivery. For example if you have selected for a delivery every 5 days and the last delivery you received on the Monday then the next delivery will be on the Friday.

 

You can also see when your next delivery will be via “Account”, “My subscriptions” and then “View” on the subscription you want to know when the next delivery is expected.

 

The date will be displayed next to the text”Subscription Next Due Date” also shown in the image on the right. If you have advanced the subscription for a date in the future the subscription next due date will only appear on the date it starts.

What if i'm not going to be home on the date of delivery or my details need changing

 

We will send you an automated email the day before every scheduled delivery. 

 

If there is any reason why we cannot leave your delivery  safe unattended or with a neighbour on a specific date just reply to our email and we will make sure the delivery will be completed with this new information. 

 

If this information is just for a specific delivery or for all future deliveries please can you specify in the email.

 

You can also pause the delivery and resume for a date where you will be able to receive the delivery or the delivery instructions you have supplied are correct.
